When it comes to the management of acne, you have to wash your face at least twice a day, and after sweating since perspiration can even make your acne condition worse. You need to be gentle when cleaning your face by using your fingertips, using a non-abrasive cleanser, and avoid scrubbing your skin that can make your acne even worse. Avoid touching your face because it can cause flare-ups, and stay out of tanning beds and the sun.
